The view was lovely, the staff was very friendly and quick to assist, and my room was spacious and equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle and a fridge.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with wonderful interiors as well as good a/c I booked was available. The location was marvellous and awesome, right near the bus stop!

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was excellent and fairly clean, with particularly good and ideal location to 1008 Linga temple. The room was silent and neat with a window that opened onto mountain. A safe, TV set and a mini fridge bar were a nice touch. Location: the venue was near railway station, airport and the restaurant and the bus stop. There was a 24-hour restaurant nearby.

When we stayed here, we were impressed by the comfortable location on or close to the highway and the outstanding service from the bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and package/parcel services. The room amenities such as in-room safe, soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas getaway here, had a great two-day stay overall. It was essential to have a room that was wheelchair accessible with a nice bathroom and stylish interiors. the air conditioning was good too, which was a bonus! 🎉

This hotel offers a fantastic location, with easy access to major highways and popular attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast served is of excellent quality. the view from each room is stunning, making for a memorable stay. Leisure facilities, such as a pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and add to the overall experience. As someone who travelled by car, I appreciated the ample on-site parking and easy navigation around the hotel's grounds.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room.

During my stay at Grand Estancia, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They quickly resolved any issues I had, including providing me with an iron and ironing board when the one in the room was occupied by someone else. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully designed, giving a luxurious touch to my stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
